What’s the deal with the Annual Organisational Membership?

This is an annual reoccurring membership for businesses and organisations that value the freelance community and wish to support the North East Cultural Freelancers network and its provision.

This membership for NPOs and core-funded organisations starts from £300 and goes up to £1,500, depending on your turnover:

• Turnover up to £150,000 = £300 annually

• £150,000 to £500,000 = £500 annually

• Over £1million = £1000 annually

• Over £3million = £1500 annually

We will automatically take the annual fee you choose from your card on the same date each year and you can log in to change or cancel your membership at any time. If you would rather pay via BACs please get in touch with us.

Your membership supports the ecology of the cultural sector

We’re a community and we’re here to support freelancers, independents and micro-businesses to thrive. With the money you contribute we will:

• commission content, advice, resources, training for all members

• create events, conferences and networking events for all members

• commission artists and creatives to respond to the ever-changing landscape

• fund our Cultural Leadership Programme

• improve our infrastructure, technology and website

• create opportunities to support the North East freelancer economy

• strength the profile and reputation of NECF

Logos on our website, social media shout-outs or mentions aren’t offered, this membership is all about the intention, not the profile. However, we do offer:

• A 10% discount on our organisational offers

• A free one-hour consultation on your freelancer policy or freelancer contracts
